We’re a small family with a big story.

For over 13 years, we proudly owned and operated a rental business on the beautiful island of Maui. But in 2023, our lives changed forever when the devastating Lahaina wildfires swept through our hometown, forcing us to leave behind everything we had built.

​

Determined to stay strong and embrace a new chapter, we hit the road in our RV with our two young children and dog—exploring, healing, and searching for a place that felt like home. After 10 unforgettable months of travel, we found exactly that in the heart of the Smoky Mountains: Wears Valley, Tennessee.

Surrounded by nature, family, and the spirit of adventure, we knew this was where we were meant to lay down roots. From that vision, 865 Rides was born — a street-legal UTV rental business created to help locals and visitors experience the magic of the Smokies in a whole new way.

This isn’t just a business for us — it’s a fresh start, a family mission, and a way to share our love of exploration with others. We’re excited to welcome you, share the road, and help you make unforgettable memories in the mountains we now call home.
